Russian Thailand Customers Visit Our Factory
On December 26, 2023, Thailand customers came to visit our factory. Their company mainly produces leather and requires a polymer dosing system and filter press with CE standards during the entire production process. The main purpose of their visit this time is to visit our factory’s polymer dosing equipment, compare its advantages with other factories, and choose a high-quality machine for their company.
The polymer dosing system, also known as Metering Systems for polymers, is an automated control device primarily utilized for adding precise quantities of polymer to maintain the accurate and stable operation of the polymer dosing system. For example, before filtration by the filter press, PAM/PAG can be added to the dosing device to achieve preliminary separation of materials to improve filtration efficiency.
In the factory, customers mainly visited our polymer dosing system. We took the customer to the production workshop to see the production process of the dosing device, asked the engineer about the operating procedures of the filter press and the ss304 dosing system, and also went to the finished product workshop to see different types of filter presses.
During the visit, we introduced the main structure and operation process of the dosing equipment to the customers and carefully answered any questions they had about the machine. Our professional knowledge and good working ability also left a deep impression on the customers.
After the visit, the customers were very satisfied with our service and trusted our professionalism. Finally, we reached a cooperation, and they purchased the 1000L polymer dosing system from us.
