The Basic Structure of the Oil Press
- The oil press is mainly composed of a frame, a machine body, a pressing plate, a pressing barrel, a hydraulic system, etc. The press has a single barrel for squeezing out the juice and a double barrel for squeezing out the juice. The purpose is different and the pressing barrel is different. Users can choose different equipment according to different process requirements.
- The pressing barrel is crafted using one-time molding technology, with a finely polished inner surface for easy cleaning and to eliminate sanitary dead corners, ensuring the material’s structure remains intact and is discharged cleanly. The edge of the stainless steel mesh barrel is reinforced with round bars to prevent hand injuries. The 304 stainless steel juice outlet basin is thickened and pressure-resistant, with 3 net barrel limit points, and the net barrel placement position does not need to be manually adjusted.
- The base of the pressing plate is made exceptionally flat through a specialized process, ensuring consistent and stable pressing while providing uniform dehydration of the material.
- The hydraulic cylinder uses multiple sealing methods, significantly extending its service life and preventing hydraulic oil from leaking and contaminating the food. In addition, the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on one side of the bracket, so there is no need to move it, which saves worry and effort.
- The base is equipped with solid polyurethane universal wheels, which can be fixed with brakes, are pressure-resistant and shock-absorbing, and are easy to move.
- The operation panel can be selected from a variety of options such as standard button type or high-end PLC computer display screen. The machine has a simple structure, is durable, easy to maintain, has high pressure and high production efficiency.
Working Principle of Stainless Steel Hydraulic Oil Press
First, put the material into the pressing barrel. If it is a conventional juice outlet basin, it needs to be pushed back to the original position manually. If it is a juice outlet with an automatic translation drive device, press the switch to return to the original position without manual dragging. After the juice outlet returns to its original position, turn on the power switch, start the hydraulic press operating lever, and the downward pressure plate of the oil cylinder begins to bear force, and the moisture in the material is quickly squeezed out. Repeatedly press down twice during the period to ensure that there is no residual moisture. After the pressing is completed, retract the oil cylinder, slowly lift the stainless steel net barrel, and the residue falls from the bottom. The pressing is completed.
