Filter Press Treatment Process

Raw wastewater collection and pretreatment
Wastewater discharged during the protein powder production process is collected uniformly through pipes and enters the screen decontamination machine to remove large particles of residues; then enters the sand settling tank to settle large particles of inorganic impurities; finally enters the regulating tank to balance the water quality and water volume.

Flocculation reaction
The pretreated wastewater enters the flocculation reaction tank, where inorganic flocculants (such as PAC) and organic polymer flocculants (such as PAM) are added to cause protein particles and organic impurities in the water to aggregate into larger flocs, which are convenient for subsequent filter presses to capture efficiently.
