Stainless Steel Multilayer Plate and Frame Filter Press
Stainless steel multilayer plate and frame filter presses are ideal for closed filtration of liquids with concentrations below 50%, low viscosity, and minimal residue content, effectively meeting the needs for purification, sterilization, clarification, and other precision filtration processes. Using microporous filter membranes directly enables aseptic filtration. This machine features a large filtration area, high flow rate, and versatile functionality, making it widely applicable across industries such as chemicals and food.
All components, except for the motor, are crafted from 304 or 316L high-quality stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability. This makes the equipment suitable for filtering a wide range of acidic and alkaline solutions across various pH levels. The filter plate’s threaded design allows for easy replacement of different filter materials, accommodating various production processes such as primary filtration, semi-fine filtration, and fine filtration. Direct use of microporous filter membranes enables aseptic filtration. All sealing parts are equipped with sealing rings (milky white silicone rubber sealing rings, high temperature resistant), no leakage, and good sealing performance.

Advantages of Stainless Steel Multi-Layer Plate Frame Filter
The use of convex point filter plates has an effective water-conducting cross-sectional area, which reduces liquid filtration and flow resistance, allowing the liquid to flow to inappropriate dead corners at will, and can maintain the stability of various liquid properties. The convex-point design of the filter plates minimizes damage to filter materials (such as filter membranes and filter papers) and extends their service life.
All sealing components are equipped with high-temperature-resistant milky white silicone rubber sealing rings to ensure a leak-proof design. Circular sealing rings are installed on both the front and back of the filter frame, as well as on the inlet, outlet, and other sealing points secured by double-folding clamps.
The input pipe section is connected and sealed with a double-folding clamp, allowing for easy disassembly and cleaning.
This machine allows for the replacement of different filter materials to meet various filtration requirements. Users can adjust the number of filter frames as needed, increasing or decreasing them based on production flow rates to suit operational demands.
Precautions for Use
When installing or replacing the filter material, ensure it is positioned evenly and snugly against the silicone ring. The placement must be precise and flat before securing the moving plate tightly to prevent leakage.
To stop the equipment, first close the inlet ball valve, then turn off the power supply to prevent liquid backflow and protect the filter membrane from damage.
To maintain the filter, start by cleaning it with a 3%-5% sodium bicarbonate solution, then rinse thoroughly with clean water followed by pure water. Finally, disinfect the filter and test the pH value to ensure it falls within the acceptable range.
